What makes Baby Angels unique? It was developed by a team of Occupational Therapists who are experts in sensory development. Babies need to explore their environment and the best way to discover new things is through their senses! For babies, growing and learning begins with each child's personal experiences with the world, and their openness and curiosity about new discoveries. With consistent environments and trusting, responsive adults, children have the emotional security necessary for exploring, growing and learning. Baby Angels does this through exploration in sensory motor play which is essential in childhood development.

Infants and toddlers gain new knowledge through taste, touch, smell, sight, sound, feelings, and their physical actions. They begin to develop an awareness of themselves and others through their social interactions. Even as young as six months, babies show interest in stories, rhymes, songs, or
simple games.

Baby Angels classes incorporate all developmental stages and focus on ideas and activities that will help your little one master skills sooner! Things such as mirrors, bells, shaking containers, cream, blocks, balls, textured shapes all provide much needed input for babies and you get to learn how to be your child's guide as they learn about this new world of sensory exploration and movement, but the best thing is time spent with your baby. You can even take the ideas home and get messy in your own playroom. As they explore their environment through movement and the use of their senses, they are developing the skills to be better learners at school, focus attention, and be well settled children.
